W3 was created to help men feel better about themselves through simple products, better habits and a healthier relationship with self-care.
Because looking after yourself shouldn’t feel complicated.
And it definitely shouldn’t feel embarrassing.

For years, men’s skincare has existed at two extremes. Either overly clinical and complicated or completely ignored, overlooked and unloved.
We’re building something made for real life.
Simple products. Clear routines. No jargon. No gatekeeping. No pressure to become someone you’re not.
Just you, but better.
Because confidence changes everything.
W3 started with a personal experience.
Conor struggled with his skin for years and understood first-hand the impact it could have on confidence. Following a long battle with acne, he was prescribed Roaccutane which left his skin extremely dry, sensitive, and difficult to manage.
As he began learning more about skincare, he quickly realised that the products weren’t the biggest barrier for guys.
The perception was.
Too many men felt skincare wasn’t for them. Too many men felt awkward talking about it.
Too many men didn’t know where to start.
And from a personal place, he himself wasn’t connecting with the offering that was out there.
Most products either failed to deliver or felt overly clinical, disconnected, and impractical for everyday life.
W3 exists to change all of that.
Not by chasing perfection. But by genuinely helping more men feel good in their own skin.
