who we are

We are a standalone brand in a sea of outdated tropes and insipid stigmas. The culture of masculinity has shifted – and we’re the skincare that’s kept up. We’re a voice for all the lads and their dads; for every man who is bored with living a life bound by ancient conventions, and wants to grab healthier minds and skin by the horns.

Our range spans daily moisturisers and 2%, 4%, and 6% tinted moisturisers – all packed with DHA, the stuff that brings the glow, and a hand-picked selection of intentional ingredients. Everything we make exists to help you feel like yourself. Because that’s the aim of the game for W3: to be the skincare partner that encourages your true, unfettered self to show up.

THE JOURNEY

where we started

At the helm of our brand is Conor O’Hagan. A film-industry prop man and the founder of W3. Conor’s skincare journey began during his battle with cystic acne, dry skin, and confidence issues. Along the way, he noticed one prevailing theme: his remedy didn’t exist. Anywhere. So he set out to bring what was missing to the shelves – high-quality, non-greasy, skin-repairing moisturisers made with real men and real lives in mind.

“I’ve lived the long nights, the harsh winters, the early shoots, and the ‘wow, you look tired’ comments. W3 was created to give men a better option – not just to look better, but to feel confident in their skin, unapologetically. Having spent my life searching for quality skincare and good moisturisers, finding the perfect balance has always been a challenge. It’s either overpriced or the quality just isn’t up to par.”

how we got there

There’s an unpreventable shift taking place. The focus has switched. We’re more aware of self-expression than ever before. And masculinity isn’t just flirting with change – it’s evolving. Men are openly showing interest in how they look, and we listened.

We’re allowing our true selves to unshackle from antiquated clichés and champion a new way to be. To champion you. To champion self-care, openness, and individuality.

Yes, we set out to create a range of reliable and purposeful moisturisers that every man can trust. But W3 quickly transcended the boundaries of cosmetics and entered the cultural chat around masculinity. Gone are the days of surreptitiously stealing your partner’s products; a new dawn has arrived, where men feel inspired to do better by their skin, their mental health, and their all-encompassing selves. We understand that everything is interconnected. And we understand that feeling unapologetically you is no longer a want, but an undeniable must.

We quickly uncovered that feeling good about ourselves puts a positive spin on our mental health – who would have thought it? The less red, puffy, and dull our skin looks, the more we begin to feel like our true selves. Bold. Curious. And unrushed.
