For best results wash your face with warm water and dry. Follow with a cleanse and tone routine, or skip this step.  Evenly apply a pea-sized amount of Daily to your forehead, cheeks, and nose. Gently massage into your face, avoiding any long facial hair and your eyes. After moisturising, thoroughly wash your hands with soap.
